Cannabis Tax returns can be processed online, unless your account is delinquent.

• Account changes that cannot be made online
• Ownership changes
• Business closure

The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online payment websites. Taxpayers are responsible for any delinquent fees and penalties resulting from website unavailability. It is recommended that payments be made in advance of the due date.
